Resuming Toronto Wiki Tuesday

Its been a few months since our last TorontoWikiTuesday event. As you can see,by  averaging 12 people, we’ve never had tremendous turnouts.

Speaking with Seb Paquet last week I was stunned to hear that Montreal Wiki Night frequently has turnouts exceeding 50 people.

Its clear we need a new strategy. I suspect a pub venue (while mandatory in London, UK) is not optimal in Toronto. More to the point we need a value proposition so people know why they are coming to particular events. Some guest speakers would be useful.

Volunteers anyone?

I’ll have a look at Montreal’s WikiWednesday group and see if any of their speakers would be open to speak here.
