I would just like to point out that the actions of your website quetchup.com to hijack the address books of your users and use the entries to falsify further invitations is:1) a violation of decency
2) theft
3) classified as phishing (passing off)2) and 3) are a criminal acts. 1) alone is enough to sink your firm’s reputation and to put into jeopardy those of your directors.

I don’t know whether it is to late to avoid a class action lawsuit but it is my opinion that you should cease and desist immediately and seek legal counsel.

In my opinion, this could well become a landmark legal case that sets out not only new law but also safeguards.
For instance, how come sites can actually masquerade the email as coming from a third party? The inbound mail programs should alert, the owner of the email address should get to veto, etc.
