It's sure to be read by management at Rogers, so tell them why you canceled. Second, HandsOffPlease, you're obviously astroturf. Net Neutrality is what will stop my ISP from badly degrading my VOIP line just because I don't subscribe to their service. Government regulation of big companies to KEEP THEIR HANDS OUT OF MY POCKETS is fine. If the "slow pipe" is big enough for the ISP's VOIP service, it's big enough for mine too.
