No, I can't see the cell tower. 

 I just did another test:

5 packets transmitted, 4 packets received, 20% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 120.405/130.609/152.963/13.220 ms

I was amazed today to note that this blog entry is the #4 google hit for "Rogers Wimax". Maybe that's Google customizing my search entries for me...!</description>
