SmartSyncPro requires a local drive (like f:) in order to do a incremental backup. It can JungleDrive provides mapping as an http: address (like http://localhost:2667/). They don’t sit nicely together.

I need to sort out automated backup for my pcs at home. Local drives aren’t going to cut it, not least because they offer nothing against the risk of a catastropic event at home. (e.g. burglery / fire).

ISO Recorder is a program that creates “.ISO” files that pretend to be CDs drives.
http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm to create them
And then follow the instructions on http://www.tech-recipes.com/windows_tips620.html to be able to turn this file into a virtual drive.
